Maddi Quitadamo
Women's Health, Bairnsdale
I didn't come to naturopathy in a straight line.
Like many people in this profession, my own health journey is what led me here. I know what it's like to be told your results are "normal" while still feeling exhausted, in pain, or simply not yourself. I also know the relief of finally working with someone who takes the time to look at the whole picture instead of treating symptoms in isolation.
That experience has shaped the practitioner I am today.
While I support people with a wide range of health concerns, my true passion is helping women feel like themselves again. I have a special interest in reproductive health, fertility, vaginal health, digestive health, fatigue, sports nutrition, and the interpretation of pathology and microbiome testing. I've completed extensive postgraduate education in these areas because I believe women deserve evidence-informed care that looks beyond quick fixes and addresses the underlying drivers of their symptoms.

One area that is particularly close to my heart is menstrual health. Living with adenomyosis myself has given me firsthand insight into how difficult it can be to navigate the healthcare system, advocate for yourself, and find answers when you're in pain. I understand the physical and emotional toll that hormonal conditions can have, and I strive to help my patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their own journey.
Outside of the clinic, I'm also a mum and business owner. I understand how difficult it can be to juggle work, family, exercise, nutrition and everything else life throws at us. That's why my approach is always practical and realistic. I don't believe in perfection—I believe in sustainable habits that fit into real life.
My goal isn't just to improve your blood test results or reduce your symptoms. It's to empower you to understand your body, uncover why you're feeling the way you are, and give you the tools and confidence to take control of your health.

Because you don't feel unwell "for no reason", and you deserve to work with someone willing to help you find the answers.
